Conference On The Go: Making Business A Pleasure

Leadership and marketing conferences can work wonders for your business and your entrepreneurial spirit, but you don't always have the time or money to make it to them, so we're putting together a conference on the go for you to "attend" whenever you like!

This conference on the go consists of a mix of podcasts and TED talks all focused on one common theme - turning your business into a pleasure. We chose this as our first topic for the conference on the go because, as an entrepreneur, it's so easy to get caught in the hustle and lose your passion and original motivation along the way.

Let's end that cycle right here.

These 5 presenters will only take about 2 hours of your time but will help you make the most of every minute from here on out. So listen in your car, on a run, while making dinner (my personal favorite) or while you're doing anything else where you don't need your brain to be quite as engaged.

Chip Conley is an American hotelier, hospitality entrepreneur, author, and speaker. While it may seem odd that Chip Conley could relate to your struggle, he began his role as CEO at age 26 with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and only succeeded because of how he made his business a pleasure. Check out his secret below!

All It Takes Is 10 Mindful Minutes - Andy Puddicombe

Stop Surviving & Start Living with Dr. Mcayla - Mind Your Business

Join James Wedmore, who speaks with Dr. Mcayla about how to change your beliefs and change your life to start thriving in your work instead of just surviving. Everyone experiences, at some point, a time where they are not enjoying the life they are living and Dr. Mcayla walks through how to get beyond that period in life.

Lost In Translation: The joy of a jargon-free world - Thea Knight

Thea Knight covers a topic everybody needs to learn from (myself included): how we communicate with each other. Tthe jargon we use can often (translate: almost always) be unnecessary, so how can we change our language to better relate to everyone and get to the point already? While Knight is looking from a very corporate perspective, it definitely translates to many different group experiences in life.

This brings our first conference on the go to an end, now it's time to see a change in your business! We'd love to hear on Facebook how you're going to take the lessons you learned here and turn them in changes in your business!
